Back To Our Regular Programming!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! I sure did! I ate everything my heart desired including an ENTIRE SWEET POTATO PIE by myself with NO GUILT!!😋😋😆 100% facts! Lol! Allllll about PLANNING and BALANCE! You should have no shame when you plan out your cheat meals especially during the holidays.


Now, back to my regular programming! I hit the gym early yesterday morning followed by this delicious salad 🥗 and my body thanked me for it!! This salad is loaded with nutrients as it contains lettuce, avocado🥑, tomatoes 🍅, purple onions, jalapeno peppers and shrimp.😋 It was slightly challenging getting back to my routine but I definitely feel much better with more energy which inspires me to keep going.


Was it difficult getting back to your regular routine after Thanksgiving? If so, it's okay. Go at your own pace and take it one day at a time. You're doing GREAT!
