Maiya Vann's 8 tips for healthy living

I'm not a doctor, but I am a health nut. I always look for the best ways to take care of my body and give it what it needs to function at its peak potential.


So, here are 8 tips on how you can be healthier!

1. Drink a lot of water

2. Eat a healthy breakfast to start your day off right. I kick off the morning with a homemade juice or smoothie.

3. Make time for exercise 5 - 7 days a week, even if it's just 10 minutes, Baby steps!

4. Get enough sleep - 7-9 hours per night is best

5. Eat more raw foods and protein

6. Practice Intermittent Fasting

7. Laugh more! Laughter can help you stay positive and improve your mood

8. Take care of yourself by getting regular checkups, knowing your biometric numbers and staying on top of any health issues that might arise
