
We could wake up early and be ready to face the world. Next, we step on the scale and our mood can change in that very moment.
The number on the scale doesn't indicate your value, self-worth, or the change/impact that you have on the world and those around you. We have to learn how to choose new thoughts and focus on the positive. If you are taking steps toward a healthy lifestyle, focus on that progression and allow that to make you smile when the number on the scale causes you to be disappointed.
Always remember that the number on the scale is just a number on your journey and not the final destination. KEEP PUSHING!! KEEP STRIVING!!💪🏽
